Recently, I have not been wearing my pedometer, and it shows. I’m either gaining weight or staying level. Of course that doesn’t have anything to do with my pedometer.
I decided to try an experiment. Wearing it, even tho I am not deliberately walking (like a mile or 2), I want to see what my total steps are for each day.
I think if I try to increase the steps, even just a little each day – it probably pay off.
OK, so I am lazy, or not motivated, or complaining about the weather. But – I don’t need to stress over it either.
Here’s to an extra few steps a day 😀
